Part-Time | $100–$150/hour for instruction | Greater Boston / Hybrid
Help working people learn how to actually use AI at work.No Worker Left Behind (NWLB) is building a team of experienced trainers to help Massachusetts workers become confident, practical and responsible users of AI.We are looking for people who don’t just teach AI. You actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini in your own work and can translate that experience into practical, engaging training for others.
The roleYou’ll teach small groups of working adults, typically 8–15 learners, at Massachusetts employers through a mix of in-person and live virtual sessions.

You will
- Teach practical AI skills including prompting, writing, research, summarization, data analysis, meetings, email workflows, assistants and basic automation
- Adapt exercises to each employer’s roles, tools and workflows
- Lead hands-on labs rather than lecture-based training
- Teach responsible AI use, including privacy, accuracy, bias and organizational policies
- Coach learners with varying levels of technical confidence
- Complete basic attendance, skills-check and reporting requirements
- Help keep NWLB’s AI curriculum current as tools evolve
- 3 years of experience teaching, training or facilitating adults
- Strong hands-on experience using AI tools in your own work
- Ability to explain technology clearly to non-technical audiences
- Comfort with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
- Availability for weekday sessions and travel within Greater Boston and eastern Massachusetts
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, construction, retail, hospitality or professional services
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Cape Verdean Creole, Chinese or Vietnamese
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Zapier or other no-code tools
- Instructional design, workforce development or corporate training experience
